Violets and Venetian reds. This quilt was inspired by a long-ago visit to Sweden in the coldest part of winter and the bare branches had a glowing violet light around them. It came up again in my meditative work on the Easter mystery and the etheric world as shared by Rudolf Steiner.
Quilting pattern ~ clamshell snowflake.
The backing is a chocolate brown flannel cotton.
The batting 100% Australian wool.
