This quilt was created as Summer in the Victorian goldfields drew to its close. The view from my window was painted with these colours: the tall golden grass, the deep greens, the rust reds, vibrant flowers, and the faded browns.
The backing is a soft stressed gold pure cotton, and the quilting pattern is Last Leaves.
The batting 100% Australian wool.
263 cm x 175 cm. Please note this quilt is extra-long.
